With over 20 years of experience in elite independent schools and athletic coaching, Jesse Sarzana founded Premier Partnership Consulting, LLC (PPC) to support students on the path to academic and athletic success.
As a former head varsity coach and educator at BB&N, Jesse understands what top-tier schools and college programs are looking for—and how to position students to succeed.
Throughout his career in coaching at high school and club numerous graduates of the soccer program have gone on to compete at the next level, including schools such as Babson, Bates, Brandeis, Colby, Cornell, Davidson, Franklin and Marshall, Harvard, Haverford, Hobart, Holy Cross, Lafayette, Lehigh, Northeastern, Providence, Princeton, Swarthmore, Union, University of Massachusetts Amherst, University of New Hampshire, West Point, Georgetown and Yale.

Tom Clark is a former Major League Baseball scout and recruiting advisor with more than 30 years of experience evaluating amateur and professional baseball talent. Throughout his career with organizations including the New York Mets, Toronto Blue Jays, and Oakland Athletics, Tom has been recognized for identifying elite prospects early in their development and helping players navigate the path to college and professional baseball.
As the former Underclass Scouting Supervisor for the New York Mets, Tom built and led the organization's underclass scouting department, overseeing evaluations of more than 1,500 draft prospects annually. His scouting expertise has helped identify future MLB stars years before national recognition, including players such as Sal Frelick and Kevin McGonigle.
Today, Tom provides personalized recruiting and player development guidance to athletes and families, offering honest evaluations, recruiting strategy, scholarship and NIL guidance, MLB Draft preparation, and individualized development plans. His extensive network, professional insight, and proven track record make him a trusted resource for players pursuing collegiate and professional baseball opportunities.
