Jesse Sarzana | Founder
With over 20 years of experience in elite independent schools and athletic coaching, Jesse Sarzana founded Premier Partnership Consulting, LLC (PPC) to support students on the path to academic and athletic success.
As a former head varsity coach and educator at BB&N, Jesse understands what top-tier schools and college programs are looking for—and how to position students to succeed.
Throughout his career in coaching at high school and club numerous graduates of the soccer program have gone on to compete at the next level, including schools such as Babson, Bates, Brandeis, Colby, Cornell, Davidson, Franklin and Marshall, Harvard, Haverford, Hobart, Holy Cross, Lafayette, Lehigh, Northeastern, Providence, Princeton, Swarthmore, Union, University of Massachusetts Amherst, University of New Hampshire, West Point, Georgetown and Yale.
Kaeghan Kelly

Kaeghan Kelly | Lead Consultant
Kaeghan Kelly brings 12 years of independent school experience to Premier Partnership Consulting, LLC. He is in his second year at The Fessenden School as an Associate Director of Secondary School Counseling, and Head Varsity Soccer Coach. Prior to Fessenden, Kaeghan spent 10 years working at his alma mater, Buckingham Browne & Nichols School in Cambridge. At BB&N, Kaeghan worked in a myriad of roles throughout his tenure. His primary role was Assistant Director of Admissions on both the Upper and Middle School campuses. Additionally, he taught Psychology, a senior elective in the History and Social Sciences Department, for five years and was the Head Varsity Golf Coach for three years. Athletically, Kaeghan's first love is soccer, and he served as Associate Head Coach for the boys varsity soccer team for five years before taking over as Head Coach in 2021.
Kaeghan also brings 11 years experience of being a high level Head Club Soccer Coach in Massachusetts. Kaeghan currently serves as the College Recruitment Coordinator for the Boston Bolts FC and is in his first year in that role. Prior to that, Kaeghan revitalized the boys side at FC Stars where he served as the Boys ECNL Director at FC Stars for 5 years. Prior to that, Kaeghan served as a Head Coach for top GPS boys teams for 5 years.
Kaeghan graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 2014 with a degree in biopsychology and a minor in chemistry. At Hobart, Kelly captained the Statesmen Men’s Soccer team during his senior year. He guided them to the first round of the NCAA tournament in his sophomore year, and he helped them to a #2 NCAA National Ranking in his freshman year. As a student at BB&N, he was a five-year varsity soccer player, a two-time captain, a two-time ISL champion, a Class A semi-finalist and a Class A finalist. He was awarded first-team all-league and all-state as a senior.
Keith Tabatznik

Keith Tabatznik | Lead Consultant
Keith Tabatznik is a highly respected soccer coach, educator, and talent evaluator with more than four decades of experience at the collegiate, national, and international levels. He earned his BA in Physical Education and Psychology from American University and completed graduate work in Exercise Science at George Washington University. From 1984 to 2005, he served as Head Coach at Georgetown University, where he built a nationally competitive program and was twice named BIG EAST Coach of the Year.
Keith has held numerous leadership roles in U.S. Soccer, including US Soccer National “B” Team Head Coach, Bermuda National Team Assistant Coach, and Region 1 Olympic Development Head Coach. He currently serves as a Talent ID Scout and holds a US Soccer Talent Scout License Educator role with the United States Soccer Federation. His teams earned a Gold Medal at the 1997 US Soccer Festival, and he was recognized as the 1997 US Amateur Association National Coach of the Year.
In addition to coaching, Keith is a TV Analyst, Director of Elite 300 Soccer Academy, and consultant with Go Play Sports Tours. He also contributed to the Washington, DC Host Committee for the 1994 FIFA World Cup. A member of multiple halls of fame, he continues to influence the game through player development, talent identification, and coach education at the highest levels.
